2- THE 9-STEP CONDO BUYING PROCESS

 

For more information concerning the project, construction, plans, extras or any other aspects, do not hesitate to make an appointment with our housing consultant

 

STEP 1- THE VISIT

 

Our housing consultants will show you the different models available. They will answer all your questions and help you make an educated decision.

 

STEP 2- CHOOSE YOUR CONDO AND RESERVE

 

After finding the condo that is right for you, you can reserve it.

 

STEP 3- SIGNING THE OFFER TO PURCHASE

 

You make an appointment with our housing consultant to sign the preliminary offer to purchase. The preliminary offer to purchase contains your delivery date as well as all additional deposits required for purchase.

 

STEP 4- MORTGAGE

 

Our housing consultant will recommend an accredited financial institutions with whom we have negotiated preferential and guaranteed rates in order for you to obtain a mortgage (if needed)

STEP 5- CHOICES OF FINISHINGS

 

Our consultant or designer (if one is present) will contact you in order to personalize your new condo. Our consultant will assist you in choosing your finishing’s, such as flooring type, colors for counters, cabinets, ceramics, etc.

 

STEP 6- REMINDER

 

3 to 4 weeks prior to the delivery of your unit, you will receive a letter or an email informing you of the steps to follow. You will then get in contact with our notary and your mortgage specialist to give them the necessary information to prepare the deed of sale.

STEP 7- INSPECTION

 

Before delivery of your condo, you will proceed to the final inspection of your unit with our housing consultant. Adjustments to be made (if any) are noted and tended to prior to signing with the notary.

 

STEP 8- DEED OF SALE

 

The deed of sale can now be signed. The notary will execute all necessary adjustments (municipal and school taxes, condo fees, etc.) and provide you with a copy of the co-ownership declaration, your certificate of location as well as your deed of sale. You are now the proud owner of a quality new condominium by the Mazzone Group. You will receive the keys to your unit and can move in immediately!

 

STEP 9- AFTER SALES SERVICES

 

To ensure your complete satisfaction, our customer service team are at your disposal to make sure everything is right with your unit.
